The big move! It has been an interesting year to say the least. After over twenty years in the same house we decided to scale down and move to the Texas Hill Country. Early last spring we began getting the house ready to put on the market and searching where exactly we were going to move. We finally got the house listed in July and moved the week of Thanksgiving. I apologize to everyone who had dealings with me during this time as I was more focused on the move then with art. Needless to say I didn't get near the amount of painting time I would normally have and was lax with much corispondence. We are now in the new house, living and working from boxes as we get the house and studio functioning. I'm using a large bedroom with good north light as a studio and have contracted to open the north wall even more. Construction will start soon. We are also planning to build a framing and storage building later next year, so for now that will have to take place in the box filled garage. This new location provide many exciting opportunities to paint a variety of scenic types and I can't wait to explore them all. Thanks for your patients.
